Micro Wedding Venue in Knoxville, Tennessee
I have always wanted to travel to Europe. I love the architecture, street style, and most importantly the scenic views. But alas, my bank account cannot yet afford a ticket overseas. I came up with a plan B to create and host a European inspired elopement at Candoro Marble Building in Knoxville, TN. You read that right, a European feel right here in Knoxville. Candoro Marble Building, built in 1923, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and is the perfect micro wedding venue.

The Candoro Marble building is located in Knoxville, Tennessee and is only 15 minutes from McGhee Tyson airport and 7 minutes from downtown Knoxville.

Planning Your Micro Wedding at Candoro Marble Building
Your ceremony at Candoro Marble Building takes place in the courtyard and can entertain 50 – 100 guests. I love the simplicity of the courtyard. The neutral color pallet of the pea gravel and building makes for a great base for any wedding color pallet. There are multiple locations on site for first looks, bride and groom portraits, and candid reception photos. All capturing the stunning marble walls and beautiful exterior architecture. This venue is truly a hidden gem in Knoxville. If you are interested in booking this venue, Molly Jo Events takes care of all inquiries. You can get in touch with her here.

Unique Ceremony Ideas for Your Mico Wedding
- Private Vow Exchange – Not everyone wants to share their vows in front of an audience. Exchanging your vows privately not only takes off the pressure to speak publicly, but it gives you a moment to connect before your ceremony. I have heard many couples say meeting like this before their ceremony helped calm and ground them.
- Walk Down the Aisle Together: I love this idea. This is a unique way to walk into your ceremony, symbolizing the two of you walking into your new life together.
- Grand Reception Exit in a Vintage Car – What can be more fun than a getaway car? We loved having this white corvette for Kinsley and Ryan at the styled shoot. Adding a vintage car to leave your wedding reception in is an unforgettable experience.
