As a wife and mother, I understand the emotional value of a thoughtfully taken photo. Time is fleeting and before you know it the moment is long gone. The celebration of your wedding will pass, but together we can preserve each valuable moment. You want to remember this day long after the party is over so your photos need to embody every beautiful emotion you felt on your day. From the tears that filled your eyes as you shared your vows together to the wild joy that filled your reception party!
It's your unique love for each other creating your marriage, not just the ceremony. Your personalities and quirks are what make your photos feel so real. To showcase all that you are together, I'm dedicated to getting to know you as a couple before your day. Through thoughtful questionnaires and a relaxed engagement session together, my hope is we are more like friends and less like strangers by your wedding day. Photography is a big investment, financially and emotionally. I understand you are entrusting me with your memories and trust me when I say I do not take my job as your photographer lightly. Rather it is an honor to serve you by protecting your memories with intention and great care.
My approach looks like this: From day one, I'm pursuing a relationship with you. Breaking the stranger barrier to better understand who you are as a couple. What's your love story look like? What are your top priorities for your day? When you look back on this day years from now, what are the overall emotions you want captured? The answers to these questions are my roadmap to creating a gallery that looks and feels like you.
I value you and your unique qualities. There is no such thing as awkward when you stand in front of my camera. I want to capture exactly who you are - if you are quiet and calm, your photos should reflect this. If you are carefree and full of spirit, your photos should reflect this.
I understand you are new to the process, but you can rest assured knowing I am not. Through emails and calls, I'm here to help guide you through the entire process - with vendor recommendations, timeline planning, location scouting, and more!

To make sure you feel seen and heard throughout every part of our time together. On your day, I'm more than your photographer but an extra helping hand. I'll help bustle your dress, hold anything, grab you a drink, put the boutonniere on your groom, remove dirt stains and leaves from your dress, and so much more because I believe in pouring my heart into every part of your day.
I bring a calming presence to the day and make sure you know we cannot do anything without you. This day is not meant to be rushed but experienced. I'm here to help you be present and enjoy every moment, big or small because these are your moments and they are once in a lifetime.
